Q. I am a webmaster for a military Internet web site how can obtain a direct link to the discount site.

A. Email feedback@crestpublications.com stating which web site and organisation and we will send you an image and some text.

Q. How do I obtain a Certificate of Eligibility and am I eligible?

A. You are eligible for these discounts if you belong to any of the categories listed on the homepage.  Eligibility certificates can be downloaded from any category page of the website via the links that can be found just underneath each section heading.

Q. How often can I use the benefits?

A. As often as you like.

Q. How often do you add new benefits?

A. Weekly

Q. How do I get hold of a hard copy of the Defence Discount Directory and how often are they produced?

A. It is produced yearly and all you need to do to receive and copy is email your name and address to sppolpa-pcadmin@mod.uk

Q. Can I log under my home email address, if so do I need to re-register?

A. You can log in using any email address provided you have registered using that address.  It is fine for you to be registered with more than one email address.

Q. Who is included as a veteran?

A. Please note "Veterans" includes anyone that has previously served in the Army, Navy, RAF, Royal Marines, Territorial Army or as a Reservist.
